Eligibility

In order to receive disaster case management services from the RISE program, you must:

• Be a survivor of Hurricane Ike.

• Currently live in one of the following Texas counties: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Hardin, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Matagorda, Montgomery, Orange, Walker, Waller or Washington.
  *If you resided in one of these 16 counties before Hurricane Ike and are now living outside the service area, please call 1-888-IKE-RISE to determine if you may be eligible for disaster case management services.

• Be a United States citizen or legal resident.

• Not currently be receiving assistance from the Disaster Housing Assistance Program.
